Dell is that bad of a company
Their features on the labtops are the best, 17 inch screen, uxga screen, 256 mg video card. No other labtop offers those combinations. But consider the quality. I recently bought a brand new inspirion 9300 for $2700

- The day I got it, it gave me a blue screen
- Their brillent customer service told me it was something I installed on it.
- The keyboard has already been replaced by defective keys
- I have reinstalled the OS, and now certain componets of it arent working beacause drivers are missing
- Customer service is mediocre, they read from a text screen on how to fix your computer, and are as bad as a drive thru at McDonalds
- The DRM on the labtop is now inactive because I put in more RAM. DRM has been the biggest headache for me. Microsucks just wants to control everything on my labtop

If you want actual quality go with something that is built better and will last longer than three months
