Be great for disaster mgmt scenarios
A bunch of these would be great for Incident Command Systems (ICS), at places where power is either unavailable or allocated to other uses like medical facilities.

A great amount of effective ICS is resource tracking and management. Laptops like these with a few simple databases and screens would be just the ticket.

The low cost makes most of the barriers against adopting go away.

Very interesting - worth watching.
