To quote a certain wise woman "Where's the BEEF?"
Less than a full month I think. So it seems that Apple's response
is relatively FAST. Heck we still have Ford and others like Toyota
recalling models many YEARS old. Now maybe just maybe this
guy over reacted just a tad. Perhaps the people at this one
Apple Store had no idea how to react to such a complaint cause
well they have not heard of it and since they had not heard of it
perhaps they suspected some sort of fowl play with the Nano
like sticking it in your back pocket and falling on your buttocks
kind of damage. After all it's not unusual for a person to break
his device and rather than suck it up..try to rip off a given
company. Still in the end Apple did collect enough information
and did the research that enabled her to respond with in a mere
few weeks to a problem....Is it me or is this a pretty good thing?
