Sadness over the loss of Great People
I see that when purchasing great products it is very important to make certain that there is someone at the wheel who shares the vision of what the company and its products are about. The loss of leadership at the executive level of PALM and the loss of Vision led to the declining emotional involvement of PALM's employees in a product and a SERVICE that no longer meant any more to them than a paycheque.
