They pushed features they want but most people do not need and ...
... missed features people have to use everyday. The device
became too complicated and expensive and not easy to use for
the majority.

They have to listen to people who never used Palm. Now it
seems too late.

I hope Linux builders will listen to people who never tried
Linux.
