Thoughtful reply but I disagree in one impt aspect
Windows Mobile is better than Palm OS in my opinion. My phone works just fine - I don't see any bloat. It is stable, never crashes and is very easy to use. Have you checked it out lately? The UI is greatly improved from earlier iterations of the Pocket PC OS. My phone syncs perfectly with both my PC and my email server. The browsing is reasonable...the only problem being connection speed. The media player is excellent. I bought a miniSD chip (1GB) and can store/listen to hundreds of tunes. The battery life is good. Although I haven't owned a PalmOS device for a couple of years I have played with them in stores and they seem...kinda lame.
