- Yes, they would have felt great horror and other emotions
- to watch the flight fail completely in resulting deaths, if televised and available for them to watch onboard, maybe even inciting negative reactions, but it is a chance taken by freely airing such info. The news is all very willing to present everything to everybody equally and without flinching, so JetBlue has taken a course to be open and unflinching. I'd probably not monitored the progress if onboard, . . but, I'd rather be sedated and out cold before boarding a plane in the first place.
