What are the charges against her?
She got lucky? She's going to be fighting a lawsuit for years, having her credit record affected and her life disrupted, and she's lucky?

And since there are no actual charges made in the RIAA lawsuit, they're the ones breaking the law, not her, by filing frivolous lawsuits and shaking down people for settlements.

---By the way, ignorance of the law is no defence. She should go after that kids parents. She should not have a pc without a password.---

I didn't know that having a password was the law. Guess I'm ignorant too.
