Horrible
Why can't companies compete on a level playing instead of using patent law to reduce potential competition? This patent sounds, smells and looks like a stupidity-filled effort to squeeze nothing more than LICENSING MONEY out of other companies that want to build digital music players.

I guess ACTUALLY BUILDING A BETTER DEVICE is secondary. Hey, now Creative can sit back and let someone else build a quality digital player and the royalties will flow. This is horrible.
