What's wrong with 'licnesed'?
Shortened for 'lick kneed(s)', perhaps(?)...I just assumed that was merely part of that MSFT monoculture our Mr. C effused so glowingly about. It certainly SEEMED to fit right in, even though I haven't a clue as to what I or anyone else would mean by it.

Oh, BTW...I'll give it a 6.5. Although I hear one particular Morrocan judge in his jail cell thought it was worthy of a 9. The iPod attack was a bit too blunt and predictable. Besides iPod's haute couture REALLY DOES need some serious face slapping (well, 'face' wasn't the word I really wanted to use, but zdnet being such a 'PC' place an' all...).
