Judge OKs settlement in iPod battery suit

Don't need it in my car...: ... As I have a 9 CD changer in the trunk. Load it once, lasts a month. I just use the usual dash controls. No fiddling with a mini-MP3 player. No safety issue.

At home and for work/jogging/working out, I use a Dell DJ. Less expensive, and, as you say, does the job I need done for a reasonable price. I have all my music on there and have built custom playlists for my different activities.

I am sure that the iPod does the same but I wouldn't know - I never looked at them, even though I use an iBook and really like it along with my Windows/Linux network.
