They actually have a VERY similiar issue to the iMac G5s, and it wasnt Dells fault, just as the iMac problem isnt Apple fault.

The suppliers that make the boards for the companies, got bad capacitors from a certain capacitor manufacturer, and they run anywhere from a few months, to even a couple of years, before popping.
