Double? $283 for the hardware plus $129 for OSX brings that total to $412. The remain $87 has to cover licensing, marketing, and distribution. I'm will to be they make more on the OSX at $129 than they do on the hardware. Of course it's all burried in the price.

Quite honestly though. I can build my own PC for less than buying Dells cheap models and I get a more powerful PC.
