- Patent content can be slippery, but as I read the patent, it relates to using a keyboard hot key to launch a device (like a DVD player). I don't know the subject matter of the lawsuit, but it doesn't seem on the face of it to be related to the autolaunch feature as we know it when a CD is inserted.
