Angry at Blizzard
Recently I have had my account compromised- not all items to characters reimbursed by Blizzard.
1) doesn't cost them anything to return items
2) how can we be sure that they are not behind the gold selling, power levelling and the hacks?- Hacks fuel players to buy gold -and indeed to continue playing to get the gold they lost as Blizzard don't return the gold- making sure Blizzard keep their addicted customers and losing the ones that are not fussed.
3) We pay for a service- and even if we do virus/spyware checks regularly - still not compensated in full for loss of items and gold.
4) If they so called sweep our computers for security reasons then surely they can see if we are secure and can also see the gaps in the security- they always win whatever the situation.

I'm stuck now as to where do I take this further- how can i complain... any ideas would be good.
