that's part of my problem...
i don't have a problem with them scanning my memory as i play. as far as i'm concerned, they should be able to detect what they need from that.

but, according to their TOS, they are scanning "storage devices" that have nothing to do with their game--so any hard drive or external USB drive is fair game.

THAT is my problem with the policy.
