controlling and going into someones PC are different matters
Sure they should control the games, but they should have no right whatsoever to go into peoples PC's simply because they are playing the game they purchased. That's like you letting me go into your computer because you said it was ok when installing, say a web browser. Do you trust me, someone who you don't know, and have no trust in, enough to let me browse your files on your local PC because i put it in some legalese EULA? I'd certainly hope not.

I understand Blizzards reasoning, but what I don't understand is why would they have to search inside my PC by placing a program in their software that allows them to get into it? Whose to say this program wont be exploited and malicious users jump on in? Whose also to say they don't have a disgruntled employee who can use this information for malicious means? If they want to stop the hacking on the games, it should be server side, not client side in my opinion.
