How is this noble of apple?
They collected a tax on behalf of a law that is now invalid? OF COURSE the money has to be returned to the customer. It was collected because of an unlawful law. Nothing noble here, just apple putting a spin on it. There is no more "apple inside" of anything. It is BSD unix on a pc clone. Apple as most people knew it died years ago. They are now just a music company in bed with the RIAA.
