- Well I am a BIG Apple fan, and have been for years but

I tend to think that logically if Apple did not return this money
there may have been tax and other legal issues that Apple might
have had to deal with. Still even "IF" what I'm thinking is true it's
still good image control to make one self look good while doing the
legally wise thing....:)
