Social values schmocial values

I wish em luck though if they can make money off of political correctness (etc) more power to them.

Now other than that, screw socially responsible in where I make my purchases. I drive a gas guzzling pickup, while smoking fine cigars from a deep southern island while on my way to my favorite steak house. I buy American when I can and if I can't I don't care where "it" comes from.

I could care less if some kid in some shop is making $8.00 a day while the company sells its wares here for $100.00 for a pair of sneakers. If all Americans became socially correct the poor kid probably would not make that money.

I keep my air conditioner set below the recommended energy savings level because it gets to damn hot and humid in the office or house if I don't.

I burn my leaves and make sure that there is plenty of smoke emmitting from my bar-b-que. I don't know if the guy that I pay $9.50 an hour and a 6 pack of beer at the end of the day to help me cut down trees on my property is legal or not, it is cheaper than paying some tree service.

Too cut a long post short, I purchase what I want or need from whomever offers me the best price and service. If you don't like my social values...............I don't care.
