Lost revenue?
Most modern phones can play .wav format ringtones. Nearly all phones ship with software by which you can send files from your PC to your phone. Programs are available to convert Audio CDs to .wav format. Isn't it only artists & the music industry who suffers from loss of revenue? I fail to see where cellphone makers fit into this picture.
