The difference is Video. Creative makes non video players that are compareable to the iPod for less money. The Zen touch is slightly larger and heavier (but not much and who cares?), sounds better, and has 3 times the battery life and is $50 to $100 cheaper depending on the retailer. These factors are a lot more important to me than look and feel, which so many rave about in the iPod. I don't care if it looks like a rock as long as it works. I own an iPod and think it's great but there are other good players out there just as good or better in some ways.
