You are exactly right. Thanks for bringing it up!

Some people might be satisfied with the pictures their cell
phones and PDAs take. I'm much happier with the ones I take
with my digital SLR. There's just no substitute for being able to
use different focal-length lenses, with six megapixels of
resolution. And the real beauty is that when they come out with
higher resolution cameras, I can just upgrade the camera and
keep using the same lenses (until they come out with one that
exceeds the resolving power of my lenses, but that probably
won't happen in my lifetime).
