but what about the other formats?
Windows now has zip support built in, but what about tar, rar, ace, etc? Okay, so winzip only really opened tars, and you still had to have WinRAR/WinAce for the other formats. Is it that the other formats require licensing to write into a system, and MS just won't pay to include tar/rar/ace, or do they think zip is just enough of a majority that they don't have to bother with the others?
