I was impressed this time by the witts and the flakes.
``You don't have to worry about my wits, I have plenty of them. ''

OK, so let's see how well you can use them.

``Oh Dr. T, once again you answer one of my posts with a long list of useless information and completely illogical conclusions.''

Illogical? I assume that you, a person of 'witts' should be able then to contradict my points very easily.

So? WHERE is your logical refutation of my 'illogical conclussions'? Are you ... saving your witts for some other time? OR you used them UP in your struggle to put together YET another personal attack?

What happened? Why cann't you PROVE my arguments wrong?

``Are you sure you have a PhD in Computer Science? ''
Well, that's what is says. Are you going to 'prove this as illogical too?' wink

``It must have been one of those two week diplomas offered in countless spams.''

Mine is from a highly respected large engineering University. Were is yours from? Do you have any degree? High-School or equivallency?

``In both situations, the flaw was identified and, as yet, not exploited. The situations were IDENTICAL.''

I am CHALLENGING to POINT to my postings the place in which I contradict my own definitions. I guess this is ... beyond your witts. Since, you NEVER addressed ANY of my points. Are you sure it is 'witts' and not 'flakes'?

``You don't have to worry about my wits, I have plenty of them. ''

I am NOT the one who needs to worry, and I am sorry but I don't care what you think about you. And the hard reality (for you) is that it doesn't matter at all what you think about you.

``It is you who are brainlessly opposed to an OS. It is you who makes stupid, unsupportable claims.''

And you refute my points and claims by just stating that "are stupid, unsupportable claims" ? Since they are unsupportable, I challenge you to go back and retrace the line of replies and my OP and disprove my contentions point for point. It should be EASY since my points are 'stupid' and you are 'witty'. What takes you so long?

``Oh, and thanks for the math lesson. But, tell me, can you run MS Office on FreeBSD? Can you run ANY office productivity software on it? If so, which? Enlighten me.''

you're welcome witty wink

So, please provide a BETTER QUANTIFIABLE method to judge the value (absolute or relative) of s/w.

You can run OpenOffice and other 'productivity' (you really mean office) s/w. Just google:

freebsd +productivity +software

``Finally, my name is not Vincense.''
And what took you so long to realize I was not calling you by your name?

Ferrara, it appears that you are simply trying to PO so that I may lose my temper, etc. However, it is obvious that you are losing your temper (and the remaining witts) in the process.

I do feel concerned about your health. Do not overexhert your brain: one step at a time. You know the more you express unsubstantiated claims and on top of that you accuse other people of doing this, you expose your self more and more.
