You defended the ludicrous position that "this is not a flaw, just a potential exploit" when the flaw was in an OSS product. Now, this MS flaw, as yet unexploited, is a flaw?

Is it just me, or are you terribly inconsistent.

And yes, I do consider this a flaw. I consider it serious. Just as I did with the OSS flaw. What amazes me is that you don't see them as one and the same.
