I have a brilliant plan ^^
I'm going to patent 2 things....the biological process of respiration and the physiological process of patting my head and rubbing my belly (please note that prior art indicates that rubbing my head and patting my belly may be considered as comparable processes within the scope of my patent)

Now here's the business model:

Anything that breathes or does more than one thing at once is subject to paying me royalties!

What's next, are they going to sue the makers of any dual ported memory because it can read, write and store data concurrently?

Down with patent ninjas!
