Dell Computers
I recently ordered a Dell Computer (bought a Dimension 3000 got shipped a wrong model, and that's just for starters-it got worst from there) from a newspaper advertisement in Philadelphia, PA. Without going into the myriad details, I must say this was the worst "mail order" shopping nightmare of my life. How what would seem to be a mundane buying experience could get so monumentally "screwed up" is beyond comprehension. And, the fact that their reps don't speak English creates more hell. Just plain unbelievable outfit to do business with. Hell layered on top of more hell.
