Well I am a long time Apple user and I started out with
the Apple II line. I think the most successful and long lasting
personal computer EVER was/is the Apple IIe..it sold for like 10
years a full decade!!! What other computer system can claim
that? NONE!

Still all in all Apple has had to make some very tough decisions
and try to cover her rear at the same time. Do I like everyththing
they've done over the years? Certainly NOT! However taken as
a whole in this industry the PC or personal computer
business....Apple is still a stand out. They have lasted longer
than most by far. They have created and innovated more than
most. Taken as a whole they come out on the postive side of
the balance sheet as far as I'm concerned but they could have
been better and they could even today be better. But then again
whom of us can say we too are prefect and do not need
improvement?
