Who buys a Brother?
I have installed Brothers in many offices, and they just keep going. They are basically install and forget. I remember PCMag writing an editorial a while back that listed Brother as the #2 printer company (behind only HP) in customer satisfaction. While I typically don't buy their (or anyone elses, for that matter) cheapest model, I have found the 5140/5170 models to be excellent printers with a very low cost/page.
