Unless
you happen to live or work near one of their Dell Direct stores, which I do, and they do the smart thing by keeping a handful in stock for the really desperate. Of course they may charge a bit extra, since those "stores" are barely anything more than a kiosk and there's not much room to store them (although I think they could find the room if they tried), but it would be worth the effort. They could simply mail you your toners at regular price, but sell you from their limited stock at a premium price.
