- Nah, nah, nah, Seagate's reliability is well documented...
- you can't argue with numbers. Maxtor are mediocre at best and Western Digital are pure junk. If you want a little bit more speed and don't mind risking your data, go buy a Maxtor. If you like to keep your data, get a Seagate. This is coming from a home pc fix-it guy that has 'seen it all'. Nobody has a perfect record but Seagate's is way better than Maxtor's. >:-l
