Defending Dell
I'll stand up and be counted as another Dell defender. They're all I've purchased for my corporate users for 6-7 years. Service has been great when needed, which isn't that often. The only failures I've had were hard drives and that's hardly Dell's fault. I don't use them at home, I build my own, but I do recommend them for non technical coworkers who are looking for a machine. So far nobody's complained about my recommendations there either.
