Even seen a Zaurus?

If Palm can build a price point handheld similar to the Zaurus, they'd tear Winmobile devices to shreds.

Winmobile has a big one-up on Palm... WiFi. CFIO and SDIO are barely supported for anything outside radio tuners and the occasional camera under Palm. Their Bluetooth cards only work in OS4 and the ONLY Palm based PDA that the Sandisk/Socket WiFi SD card works on is the Zire 71.

Sure you can buy a Clie or a TC for your wireless needs, but that locks you into TWO choices. Linux would fix that problem almost immediately. New device and new driver? Not a problem either.

As for Linux being a failure... well we all know how I'll respond to that, hehe. But you've gotta admit that Microsoft has a competitor... and it has a competitor fighting it on EVERY SINGLE FRONT. Everywhere Microsoft turns, there's Linux.

They'll never destroy it.
