Law Firms (just about every law firm I have been in has Macs with Wordperfect...)
Any business that deals in graphics (the corp I work for has a graphics department 36 people, not one is running a Windows machine all are on Mac G5's)
Now super clusters are coming into play as well.

Many home users are finding the power and stability of a Mac is far better than what Microsoft offers PLUS they don't have to worry about virus definitions being up to date, or spyware apps running etc... the overall maintenance experience is well... you just can't measure it now can you.
