It's obvious you've never managed Windows
If you had any experience managing a large windows network you'd know that none of the antispyware programs are 100 percent effective against spyware. The best of these programs catch about 70%.

That means you will need to use 2 or 3 different programs to clean the crap off your windows computers, if you are lucky. About 30% of the time the only way to get rid of the junk is to format the boot drive and reinstall Windows.

And, as far as the kids. They should be learning about computers, not Windows. We hire people every day with no computer experience at all and have then productive within a week.
