Packet 8 Has Standard 911 Service
I use Packet 8 as my VOIP provider ($19.95 per month unlimited calls in US and Canada). While they charge $1.50 a month extra for 911 service, they apparantly can get right to emergency dispatchers at the correct emergency call center. Check out their web site at:
