911 problem ?
I have Vonage and consider myself well warned about how VOIP 911 services don't work the same way as traditional 911 services. I have also explained several times to my wife and son that it is not the same. There is no way to miss the warnings, both in Vonage's emails (of which I have 5) and on their website. The 911 issue is very prominently displayed and explained. It sounds to me like someone is just trying to spread blame around where it doesn't belong. Or maybe that Texas AG should go back to school and learn how to read english.
