Texas sues Vonage over 911 problem

Wondering what connection the Texas AG has to the bells

Something doesn't sound right in this story. I signed up for Vonage in late 2004, and I was actually somewhat irritated by the number of times they drone on repeating the limits of their 911 service, and that you have to activate it before it'll work.

Sounds like the Texas AG has an alterior motive in this case, because what they're claiming just doesn't ring true.
