"Does the press have the right and ability to report on anything they want to?"
BWahahaha!! What?! NO! Surely they may have the "right", but please don't try to say that reporters can get any story they want printed. Did any reporters publish articles investigating why a 47 story building (WTC 7) came down while having never been hit by any aircraft? No.
Did any journalists give a thorough report on why a plane with a 125 foot wing span only created a 16 foot hole in the Pentagon wall, with NO damage from the wings and many windows immediately surrounding the hole still left intact? Of course not! Why? Because then a MASS amount of people would have been asking the hard questions, questions that would have obviously eventually exposed that 9/11 was a scam that could have only been concocted by the US federal government. Then there would have been no war on terror, and no ushering in of fascism.
"Peaceful assembly."
Yeah, like all those people in New York who were ILLEGALLY arrested for doing nothing except standing around, and were held for TWO WHOLE DAYS without being processed or able to see a lawyer.
"No police agency can legally search anything you have unless you give them permission or they obtain a warrant."
Then apparently you have never read the Patriot Act. The FBI can now legally enter your home and ransack it, and even prevent you from telling others that they were there.
Try actually READING the Patriot Act before you blindly defend it, eh..;-)
"Yes they have and when it was found out, whatever was found was thrown out and could not be used."
Oh, you mean like Jose Padilla, who has never been charged with anything, and yet has been in jail for the past three years?
"I must have missed when they passed this law, to be exact I don't remember hearing about it but perhaps someone can post a link about it."
Yeah, there's a LOT of things you've obviously been missing..
"So any more examples?"
Oh wow, that wasn't enough for you? Jesus, things are worse than I thought.. - Posted by: Jeff Spicoli Posted on: 03/16/05 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
