Whatever happened to parenting?
Why on earth do you need the government to screen your children's television viewing habits? If you're stupid enough to let your kids sit in front of the TV while profanities are spewing, than it's YOU who deserves a fine, not the broadcaster. Hell, this country would collectively gain several IQ points if every parent just threw the damn idiot box out. It's not as if it's adding anything irreplaceable to your child's life. More likely, it's doing damage that's irreversible.
