This is great!
I'm hoping that FCC may provide a proticol as an alternative to VoIP, on which I think the FCC will call it "TTYoIP" for those who are hearing impaired, hard-of-hearing, or deaf. I'm the one who are hearing impaired. That way, people who are deaf can step away from the landline phone and move into TTYoIP only if the people who are feaf, hard-of-hearing, or hearing impaired have a broadband.

Anyway, good luck, Martin! happy
