EXACTLY. The "internet" access would be free - and you would pay for content. Just like everyone (in business) wants, such as the RIAA and MPAA. The paradigm would have come a full 360 degrees from the "olden" days of TV. One medium, and many sources of entertainment. I see web portals offering "free" content - and placing commercials in the streaming video - and also offering commercial-free, for a fee.

Think of the LOSERS that this paradigm would create: ISPs gone, TV/radio broadcast gone, telephone/cellphone gone, media rentals gone and electronics companies reduced to commodity sales. This will create a TON of unemployment and eliminate the above as the horse and buggy was by the automobile. Just think about it.
