Water is free, warm sunshine is free, radio is free, Broadcast TV is free.

One caveat here though. For every free thing there is a better thing if your willing to pay for it. So for water you can buy clean water, sunshine you can buy heating that's constant, for radio you pay for comercial free, and cable offers better selection if you pay.

So WiMax allows you to access the internet for free but you find that the content is not till you pay for it. So you can keep you free WiMax network, use it to play online games with a buddy or you pay and access a game network server playing against the world. That's how it will work.
