The history and philosophy of the modern justice system. Fasten seat belts.
Please pay attention to the date:

Japan, August 6, 1945

A secretary had for the Emperor some news: one bad and the other good.

?Let?s start with the bad news? - the Emperor said.

Today Hiroshima and all its civilians do not exist anymore. The US destroyed all of them by a nuclear bomb.

?And the good news is ..??

?The good news is the US is obeying the human rights and will continue to fight for the human rights of all civilians in our country, probably, up to the last Japanese.?

* * *

Note: the NEXT Japanese city that was destroyed by a US nuclear bomb was Nagasaki, on August 9th, 1945. The US could have used the atomic bombs against the Japanese army, but they preferred the civilians instead.

What was before Hiroshima and Nagasaki?

On February 13th, 1945, nonmilitary DEFENSELESS Dresden, with a population larger than that of Liverpool, was incinerated and buried in the ruins. To make sure that NOBODY from an estimated 135,000 civilians would survive ? the US bombed THE RUINS of Dresden a few more days. DEFENSELESS Hamburg was also totally destroyed with its 70,000 civilians in the most appalling circumstances. The US could attack the German military targets, but they preferred the civilians instead again.

Are these exceptions or the official US policy?

The fact is that the US has used illegal nuclear ammunition and weapons containing Depleted Uranium (DU) and plutonium five times since Hiroshima and Nagasaki (in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.). The main purpose of these weapons is slow eradication of the population of the attacked countries by devastating effects of radiation (particularly ? the increase of cancer and other diseases, dangerous mutation of the whole new generation of the nation, endangering of the environment for the living, etc.).

Normally, this activity should be called genocide, but a new strange term was invented for this activity ? ?liberation? and ?fight for freedom?. Thus, when you hear that Bush and Co. want to ?liberate? a country, or to ?fight for freedom? ? in order to correctly understand what they are doing - you should translate that to normal language ? it?s a sophisticated genocide.

No one paid attention that by doing this the US violated the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907, the Geneva Protocol of 1925, the Nuremberg principles of 1945, the Charter of the United Nations, the Anti-Genocide Convention of 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocol I and II of 1977, the Convention Against Torture, the Conventional Weapons Convention of 1980, and the UN Human Rights Commission resolution of 1996.

In 1999 the IAEA estimated that the effect of 700-800 metric tons of DU weapons killed 500,000 Iraqis near and around Basra, a city of 1.5 million inhabitants.

In the current war US-UK had used an estimated 2,000 plus tons of DU as of early April.

So, is this the fight for freedom or this is the US war against civilians?

P.S.

Bush?s excuse for committing genocide around the World is 9/11.

Let?s see if it is a valid excuse:

Bush and Co. claim that Al Qaeda is guilty of 9/11.

Al Qaeda (bin Laden) confirmed it.

The problem is Al Qaeda did not do it (nor Saddam) and G.W. Bush and Co. knew this (according to the logical evaluation of the facts).

This phenomenon has only one explanation - Bush and Co. hired guys who made 9/11 happen, and Al Qaeda agreed to be a lackey (Osama bin Laden was/is a CIA agent. For example, Osama bin Laden fought on the side of the US in Yugoslavia and the US installed the governments that were desirable for Osama bin Laden).

Bush and Co. with Al Qaeda also claimed that the Madrid bombing was the next Al Qaeda?s master piece, but it is not.

Conclusion:
Bush and Co. equal international mafia, who are using paid terrorists to get more of the World?s power and money.

Who are the members of this international mafia?

Because big money is involved ? logically - the richest men in the World have to be involved.

Now you know why Bill Gates and Warren Buffet bet on the decline of US currency, and are sure that the dollar won?t rise. If they know that all US taxpayer?s money goes in their pockets and that this effect leads the US to bankruptcy ? they know how to make huge amounts of money on the economic disaster.

Who else?

Did you notice that G.W. Bush demands from Syria to get out of occupied Lebanon but does not keep the same standard for Israel? It means that it?s OK if Israel will keep the occupied territories. Thus, another members of the mentioned international mafia are Sharon and his Co. (Bush is not the USA and Sharon is not Israel.)

Can you imagine how many people in the World are happy with DOUBLE STANDARDS of the leading force in the World?

Guess, what the World will do in return?
