rats, RATS!
The smaller rats that cannot run as fast are screaming as the WiMAX steamroller is running over their tails. They know all too well that the jig is up, and they will soon be squashed into oblivion. The many mergers are to create a large-enough telco, so that they can lobby Congress to help them - and avoid the hundreds of thousands of jobs that would be lost should the telcos go under. Its a compelling argument for sure, but the steamroller stops for no one. If Congress gets in the way of progress, I for one will offer VoIP over WiMAX from my office in Windsor Ontario. I should be able to cover the entire Detroit area . . .
