"More than 140,000 new users register each day." Sure and how many of those pay the minimum 10$EU to establish a PC to phone account, find it doesn't work worth a damn and voulntarily unregister leaving thier money behind. Hey it's a nice source of jingle.
There is nothing elegant about Skype's customer support, it's stuck in the technogeek world and is essewntially unusable by consumers. That might be fine for you but it's not for me or the general public.
