The technology just isn't there for LARGE media files, as far as I am concerned.
And with the scare tactics of the MPAA, RIAA, etc. I don't think your average mom or pop even want any media on their hard drive. Courts and judges just don't believe the, "I didn't know". And many of them can't spell entrapment, let alone understand how it applies.
Many amatuer computer users that I know don't realize the security threat that is going on.
I am positive that Norton, McAfee, AdAware or any other software alone will not clean up all the nasty virii that is prolly sitting on millions of pc's. Who knows who is sitting behind the wheel of all those keyloggers and trojans. Personally, I don't think a majority is little cracker johnnies. Call me paranoid if you will... I call it cautious.
