Profit reports by cell companies, not truthful
I'm refusing to pay my SPRINT bill. They admitedly over charged me for several months, all the time promising me an adjustment to billed amount and correcting the plan I was accidently placed on.

This never happened and they refused to halt my service or cancel my contract until the bill ran up to approx. $2000.

I am wondering how many more people this happened to and was it done to show some big numbers to stock holders.

I have quit trying to speak with them on the problem due to getting the run around treatment
and other problems dealing with retail outlet people whom they have refered me to.
