Tax every bank transaction?
"When you take cash out of your account (at an ATM), the transaction tax will be applied THEN."

Sorry, but how will they know when I'm taking out cash to make a purchase or simply to loan a few bucks to a friend until he or she can pay it back?
Or should we also be taxed for loaning our friends a few dollars?
